Children&Parents course (4-6 years old)

on Tuesday, from 5:45 pm to 6:30 pm at Primary School Gym in via G. Agnesi (corner via G. Parini), Desio.

A course dedicated to children and parents together: not only space is common, but also the purposes. Under the guidance of the tachers, we shall build children’s psychomotor fundamentals, thanks to a training based on games and the body contact with the adult.


Children preparatory course (6-8 years old)

on Friday, from 5:45 pm to 6:30 pm at Primary School Gym in via G. Prati, Desio.

This preparatory course is specifically addressed to children from 6 to 8 years old, when equilibrium, coordination and one’s own body knowledge are built, through connection between environment and other people. Here we teach karate-do basics by means of game-exercises.


Kids Regular course (9-13 years old)

on Mon-Thu, from 6:45 pm to 7:30 pm at Primary School Gym in via G. Prati, Desio.

We begin here the complete technical and martial education, without neglecting athletic preparation (fundamental in the early stage of teen devolopment).


Kids Sport-karate course (12-13 years old)

on Friday, from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm at Primary School Gym in via G. Prati, Desio.

An extra training space, dedicated to kids who want to focus on sport practice: we offer an introductory course with specific physical and technical workout.


Adults Regular course (14-105 years old)

on Mon-Thu, from 7:45 pm to 9:15 pm at Primary School Gym in via G. Prati, Desio.

Karate-do training, in its whole completeness of body and (martial!) spirit.


Adults Sport-karate course

on Friday, from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm at Primary School Gym in via G. Prati, Desio.

Specific physical and technical workout for who wants to engage competitions, with side study of the international WKF rules.


Self-defense course

on Friday, from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm at Primary School Gym in via G. Prati, Desio.

A course dedicated to who never had a specific martial education, with the aim to teach how to manage a potentially dangerous situation (please, see course page for further info).
