太極 Taikyoku / Children preparatory course

This preparatory course is specifically addressed to children from 5 to 8 years old, when equilibrium, coordination and one’s own body knowledge are built, through connection between environment and other people. Here we teach karate-do basics by means of game-exercises.
初心 Shoshin / Children advanced course

on Tuesday, from 5:45 pm to 6:40 pm at Centro Sportivo Comunale Gym in via G. Agnesi, Desio.

We go on children’s education, for who has already attended the preparatory course, deepening the knowledge of karate-do.

We begin here the complete technical and martial education, without neglecting athletic preparation (fundamental in the early stage of teen development).

An extra training space, dedicated to whom wants to focus on sport practice: we offer a course with specific physical and technical workout, sided by the studying of international competition’s rules.
